If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing, estimated transit time within the United States is approximately 7–12 business days.
During our current fulfillment stage, orders may be shipped by our fulfillment partners in China. As inventory becomes available at a U.S. fulfillment location, some orders may also be fulfilled domestically.

7. Shipping Charges
Standard U.S. shipping is $3.00 for orders under $30.
Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.
The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged for your order.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipped from our fulfillment partners in China to customers in the United States, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid as part of our shipping arrangement.
Customers are not expected to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact us before returning an item. The appropriate return instructions and return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns.
If an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, Little Honk will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.

10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return process described in our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
